  • What are the store hours and where are you located? 
    • We are open Monday-Saturday 10AM to 5PM. We take our last fitting at 4:30 to make sure we can properly fit you. 
    • We are located at the corner of Poplar and Ridgeway in the Regalia shopping center. We are in the same complex as Oak Hall and Ruth Chris. 
  • Do I have to leave a tip when I check out?
    • Upon checking out, you will be asked if you would like to leave a tip for the employee who serviced you. This option is completely voluntary if you feel inclined to commend the staff for their services.  

Bra Fittings:

  • Why should I be fit?
    • A massive 81% of women are wearing the wrong bra size. If you hate wearing a bra this may be the reason and we highly recommend you let one of our trained bra fitters help you to find the perfect fit by pulling bras in the correct size but feel free to help them out by telling them exactly what you are looking for. 
  • What if I do not want to be naked in front of the fitter? 
    • That is completely okay and we will respect your wishes. In the initial sizing process we will actually ask you to leave your bra on. After we find some styles and sizes we believe will work for you, you may ask your fitter to step outside the fitting room until you get the bra on. They will then be available to adjust straps and make sure it is the right fit for you. 
  • Do you have a fee for being fitted? 
    • If you would just like to be sized and are not looking to purchase a bra, we do charge a $20 fitting fee. If you end up purchasing a bra, the fee will be waived. If you do not purchase a bra, the $20 fitting fee will stay on your profile to be used towards a future purchase within 30 days. 
  • How often do you recommend I get fit? 
    • It is highly recommended you get refit every 6 months to a year. The bra you purchased 8 months ago might still fit today but it isn't the exact size it was when you purchased it because it stretches everyday that you wear it. It is never a bad idea to be refitted before purchasing a new bra. 
  • What is the best way to wash my bras and lingerie? 
    • We always recommend hand washing all bras. When you put your bras in the washing machine, the spin cycle bends the wires in the bra which is probably why your bra feels as though it is poking you in the side. The easiest way to wash your bra is to wear it into the shower with you and use some soap to clean your bra. Rinse the bra out and hang it up to dry. To make it even easier on you, we even sell scented detergent that is perfect for hand washing your bras too


  • When will my online order ship? 
    • Most orders will leave our store in 1-2 business days. If your order is delayed, we will contact you. 
  • How much do you charge for shipping? 
    • We offer free shipping on orders of $150 or more. orders less than $150 are shipped flat rate USPS and is calculated based on location at checkout. 
  • What if I need my order shipped sooner than flat rate USPS? 
    • Please call us for a quote if you require second day or overnight shipping at (901)683-0210. 
  • Do you ship outside of the United States? 
    • At this time we do not offer International shipping. 


Returns and Exchanges: 

  • What is your in-store return policy?
    • We will be glad to exchange or offer store credit within 14 days of purchase. The items must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags still attached, and accompanied by a receipt. Must not be a sale item, panties, shapewear/hosiery, adhesive product, swimwear, or wig. All sale items are considered a final sale. 
  • What is your online return policy? 
    • You will have 14 days from the day you receive the package to return via mail to exchange. If you would like to do an exchange, there will be no restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return postage. For further questions, please contact our staff. 
  • Where do I need to ship my return to?
